Sheepskin Shop Refund Policy

Please choose carefully ... we do not normally give refunds if you:

• simply change your mind, or
• make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:

• are faulty,
• have been wrongly described,
• are different from a sample shown to you; or
• do not do what they are supposed to do.

Please retain your reciept/ invoice as proof of purchase.

Whilst the above is the official refund policy from the NSW Department of Fair Trading, we pride ourselves on being flexible and offering exceptional customer service and exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. However the Sheepskin Shop Management reserve the right to refuse a refund should the request not meet the above criteria.
